ATHENA WEB SERVICES · QUEENS, NY & REMOTE PROJECTS
Booking websites and online stores, planned around the whole journey.
Let customers understand the options before they choose a time or buy. Athena scopes the website and supported tools around the way your business actually sells and delivers.
For service businesses that need real appointments or reservations, and sellers that need a working product catalog and checkout. These projects need more planning than a brochure website, even when the visible page count is small.
What we can scope
A written customer journey from browsing to confirmation
An agreed product or service catalog and content requirements
Supported booking or checkout integrations within the approved scope
Prelaunch checks of the included flow and a clear account handoff
For appointment and reservation businesses
Define services, durations, availability, staff or resource limits, deposits, cancellations, and time zones. Confirm how customers receive a confirmation and how you manage changes. A calendar image or demo is not a live reservation system.
For product sellers
Plan product variations, inventory, taxes, delivery or collection, shipping regions, refunds, and customer support. Confirm the payment processor and storefront before choosing hosting. You own the merchant account, approve the provider agreements, and receive the payouts.
Test the operational steps
The scope should say what is tested, who supplies product data, and who fulfills the order or appointment. Subscriptions, memberships, complex catalogs, POS synchronization, and unusual integrations need a compatibility review. Third-party approvals and fees remain separate.
PRICING & SCOPE
Know what you’re agreeing to.
Booking systems, ecommerce, payments, and custom integrations receive a written custom quote. They are not automatically included in Launch Lite, Signature, or Business because a project uses only a few pages. Provider subscriptions and processing charges are separate.
Domain, hosting, paid tools, licensed assets, and any applicable tax are additional. Your written proposal confirms the actual deliverables, timing, revision rounds, and payment terms.
We first check its supported website integration and your required features. Existing tools may be a good fit, but compatibility is confirmed before quoting.
Do you operate the store for me?
No. You run the business, fulfill orders or appointments, set approved policies, and handle customers. Ongoing page support can be scoped separately.
Should I buy hosting now?
Wait until the platform is confirmed. Some storefront and booking platforms already include website hosting.
Tell us what you sell, what needs to improve, and what visitors should do. We’ll review the fit and confirm the scope, price, and next steps in writing before you commit.
